Registration & pricing · Summer 2027

Priced as a team, not per head.

Every Elevate camp is booked for a whole team, by the coach or by a parent organizing the trip. One base fee covers the squad, and a per-athlete rate scales with your roster. Teams start at eight athletes.

01 · Two formats

Three weeks, or start with one.

Three-week block

Our full training block. Long enough for real altitude adaptation.

$3,000
team base fee
+
$500
per athlete

For a squad of 15, that comes to $10,500, about $700 per athlete.

Real adaptation takes about three weeks at this elevation. Week one brings the camp experience: orientation, the professional meet and greet, the D1 panel, and the recruiting seminar. The weeks that follow are where the work happens, with coached volume on Flagstaff's trails and recovery built around it.

One-week camp

A serious week of training, and a great way to try Flagstaff before committing to three.

$1,500
team base fee
+
$250
per athlete

For a squad of 15, that comes to $5,250, about $350 per athlete.

A full training camp week: coached sessions, education blocks and team time at 7,000 feet. Built for programs that want to experience a Flagstaff block before bringing the squad for the full three weeks.

Prices are for the 2027 season and cover the training program only, with a minimum of eight athletes per team. The base fee covers the parts of camp that stay the same at any squad size, like the panels, the seminar, and the coordination.

02 · What the fee buys

We run the training. Your team runs the trip.

We pour everything into the training program, and your team's own adults hold housing and overnight supervision. It keeps costs transparent, keeps the trip yours, and it is how three weeks here can cost what many shorter camps do.

Coached training

Two daily sessions on Flagstaff's trail network, planned around your coach's own program, so it stays their team.

Education blocks

Altitude physiology, fueling, recovery and the recruiting calendar, delivered midday between sessions.

Pro and D1 access

Flagstaff's professional training groups and collegiate staff, through panels and meet and greets that are hard to set up on your own.

A recruiting evaluation for every camper

Every athlete leaves camp with a written evaluation of their training and development priorities, included with the block.

Local logistics

Routes, schedules, and the on-the-ground knowledge that makes a few weeks in a new town run smoothly.

A housing shortlist

We hand your trip leader a vetted shortlist of local options sized for a squad. Your team books directly and your adults hold the reservation.

What stays with your team

  • Lodging, booked by the team from the shortlist we provide
  • Meals and groceries, managed by the team's adults
  • Travel to and around Flagstaff
  • Overnight supervision, held by the team's accompanying adults throughout

03 · How booking works

One conversation. One invoice.

01

Talk to us

A call with your coach or parent organizer: dates, squad size, and what your program wants from the block.

02

A deposit holds your dates

One team booking and one invoice. The team agreement, with refund and cancellation terms spelled out, comes before any money.

03

Roster and balance before arrival

Roster, medical forms and signed waivers come in ahead of camp, with the balance due before the session starts.

04 · Good to know up front

Smoke, weather and cancellations

This is the mountain West in summer, so we plan for wildfire smoke and weather rather than hope. We publish air-quality thresholds and training alternatives, and refund and cancellation terms are written into the team agreement your trip leader receives before any deposit.

Adults travel with the team

Every team brings accompanying adults, whether that is the coach, parent chaperones, or both. They hold housing and overnight supervision for the whole block, and it is part of every team agreement.

Iron screening before arrival

We ask that athletes have ferritin checked before a block. Healthy iron is what lets altitude training do its work, and it is common for adolescent distance runners to run low without knowing it.

What a summer block does

A June or July block builds aerobic base through the biggest training weeks of the year, and the racing payoff comes from the season of work it sets up.

Bring your squad to 7,000 feet.

Tell us your program, your rough dates and your squad size, and we will come back with a concrete plan for a 2027 block, along with the housing shortlist your trip leader can book from.
